What we collect
When you contact us via our ‘Room Reservation’ and “Get in Touch With Us” form on our website, we ask you for your name, email. We use this information to respond to your enquiry, including providing you with any requested information about our rooms, rates and availability. We may also email you several times after your enquiry in order to follow up on your interest and ensure that we have answered it to your satisfaction. We do not share your information with any 3rd parties.
Your information is stored on our website, which is hosted with TSO Host and on iCloud which is based within the USA and is legally obliged to safeguard EU data at the same high standards as EU privacy regulations. We keep project enquiry emails for a maximum of three years, after which we delete them.
